Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Standard Items
We gladly accept returns on our standard, ready-made items.
• Notification Window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• Return Window: Ship items back to us within 14 days of your request.
• Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because custom and personalized pieces are handcrafted specifically to your specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items once production has started.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will happily arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including return postage costs). Please note that slight, natural variations are inherent to unique handmade goods and do not constitute faults.
