Thursday night creative calm for adults is a drop in session held at Creative Corner within the Topaz dance studio building in Garston, Liverpool. If you are:

• needing a breather

• feeling busy or stressed

• missing being creative

• needing time for yourself

• needing a short break from the demands of parenting

• feeling anxious or overwhelmed 

come along to:

• be creative

• have fun

• have time to yourself

• feel supported

The kettle will be on and all materials are provided. It will be a relaxed time in a smaller group setting (max 8 people). Sessions need to be booked but to allow for the realities of life, booking will stay open till 24 hours before the session so that you don't need to commit too far ahead. 

Please note that Creative Corner is on the 1st floor- accessible by stairs only.
